Transrectal Prostrate Biopsy - words to strike fear in a man's heart! I was expecting an excruciating experience. Turns out "mild discomfort" is a better way to explain it. Both during the procedure and after. If you need one, go to him. I've had 2 appointments with him, including the procedure. He was exactly on time for each and spent as much time with me as I needed. Not the usual experience with insurance driven medicine today. Both Dr. Pregenzer and office staff are quick, efficient and no-nonsense. That could be the source of some of the negative reviews. But that works for for me. If you engage and ask questions, they take all the time needed to put you at ease. Just not a lot of cuddling.

The best doctor around! I would highly recommend Dr. P and his entire staff. They are always so patient and welcoming even when you are in so much pain and would rather be anywhere else. They are transparent with my husband and my care and I wouldn’t have it any other way. If you are looking for a urologist, everyone come by Dr. Gerard Pregenzer’s office. You will not be disappointed! We love our Dr. P and staff! 😊

I like coming to this Urology office. Everyone is friendly and nice to deal with. The medical staff that I have dealt with are excellent and very friendly. The APRN I have been having for my follow ups is awesome. I feel I can be open and honest on my thoughts and I am not judged for my age or my medical issue. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a Urologist and staff that will make you feel comfortable. Even after my surgery I feel I can be honest and open.

I had kidney stones removed via the laser-blasting before Dr. Pregenzer. The two experiences couldn't have been more different. With Dr Pregenzer it was much more pleasant. He and his staff treat you with respect and are very professional and well-organized.

I do not write reviews. That being said there is no way I could not write this review about Pregenzer Urology. Dr. Pregenzer is a miracle worker! My life was getting more and more miserable because of BPH symptoms. I could never pass up a bathroom nor get a good night's sleep. Well, a couple of weeks after the Urolift Procedure I am peeing with wonderful stream and volume. Dr. Pregenzer has given me my life back! Have no doubts about this procedure if you have BPH symptoms. Again, thank you so much Dr. Pregenzer!!!

Excellent ancillary staff, Dr Preginzer and Tara, PA-C.are both professional and helpful.Very pleased with this office and highly recommend for Neuro/Urology for MS patients.
